These terms apply to the GadgetFPV website and to digital software products supplied under the GadgetFPV name, including StreamFlight.

1. Digital software

StreamFlight is supplied as digital software under a licence. Purchasing a licence gives you permission to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, branding or other intellectual property.

2. Licence use

A StreamFlight licence is for the purchasing customer and must not be resold, shared, published or distributed to others. StreamFlight supports activation on up to two PCs for the licensed user, subject to the product's activation and transfer controls.

3. Availability and compatibility

We aim to keep product information and compatibility details accurate. Flight simulators, online networks and third-party services can change independently of GadgetFPV, so uninterrupted compatibility with every third-party update cannot be guaranteed.

4. Updates and support

Updates, fixes and support may be provided for supported versions of the software. Features may be changed where necessary for reliability, compatibility, security or continued operation.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the website, licensing service or software in a way that is unlawful, attempts to bypass licence controls, interferes with the service, or infringes the rights of GadgetFPV or others.

6. Payments

Where checkout is provided by Paddle, Paddle acts as the merchant of record and handles the payment transaction, applicable taxes and payment documentation. The price and currency shown at checkout are the amounts applicable to that transaction.

7. Refunds and consumer rights

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights.

8. Liability

The software is a flight-simulation companion and is not intended for real-world aviation, navigation or safety-critical use. To the extent permitted by law, GadgetFPV is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software or from third-party services outside our control.
